    • To ensure the best look of your lashes, please be on time for your appointment.  If you are late we will do our best to lash as many of your natural lashes as possible in the remaining time you are scheduled for.  Please take into consideration that we do have other appointments/obligations after your appointment time.  Depending on your scheduled service/time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are excessively late.

  • Shower Prior to Your Appointment

    • Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 48 hours will ensure that the bond between the extensions and your natural lashes has enough time to properly set.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing

    • You will be laying down for 60-90 minutes, comfortable clothes will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered.

  • Remove Your Contact Lenses

    • Your eyes will be closed during the application of your lash extensions,  to avoid any discomfort, it is recommended that contacts are removed to alleviate dryness and sensitivity.

  • Turn Your Cellphone Off

    • Sit back and relax. ringing cellphones will only interrupt your service. enjoy your “me” time, and let your lash transformation begin.

  • Do Not Wear Makeup or Mascara

    • Lashes must be fresh and clean in order to be properly prepped to receive eye lash extension.  Remove makeup products prior to your appointment. We do not remove eye makeup so coming to your appointment with a clean face will save time and allow for a more efficient service.

  • Do Not Apply Face Creams or Oils

    • The oils from moisturizers and creams can prevent the lash glue from properly adhering to your natural lashes, dramatically reducing the longevity of your lash extensions

  • Do Not Wear Dangling Earrings

    • The process requires your head to be propped on a comfortable support pillow and dangly earrings can get in the way making it difficult for you to remain comfortable during the complete application time.

  • Do Not Curl Your Lashes On The Day of Your Appointment

    • We need your lashes to be in the most natural and healthy state they can prior to your lash extension application.  Please do not curl or manipulate your lashes on the day of your appt.

  • Be Gentle

    • Your eyes are delicate...unnecessary rubbing or pulling of the eye area may weaken the bond between the lash extensions and your natural lashes. Even worse, you do not want to potentially pull out any of your natural lashes by pulling or tugging on the extensions.

  • Keep the Eye Area Clean

    • It is OK to get your lashes wet after the initial 24 hour waiting period.   It is safe and recommended to gently cleanse your lash extensions.  We recommend using a water base cleanser to gently and safely remove debris, oils, makeup, lint or any other residue that may diminish the bond between your natural lashes and your extensions.  Buildup on the lashes may lead to eye inflammation, eye infections, or worse demodex (eye mites).

  • Keep Your Lashes In Place

    •  We suggest using a clean mascara wand/brush to GENTLY brush your extensions. Periodic brushing not only helps keep the eye area free from any lint, etc., but it also has the added benefit of repositioning the lash extensions. This gentle repositioning helps keep the lash extensions in a smooth flow with your natural lashes preventing overlap, tangling, or pulling between the lashes.

WHAT is a Keratin Lash Lift?

Keratin Lash Lift is a new keratin infused lash treatment that enhances the natural beauty of your lashes turning the eyelashes upwards creating a curl, giving them length, volume, and adding definition to your natural lashes.  If desired, your lashes can be infused with a tint as well as a keratin conditioning treatment making your lashes appear darker, stronger and healthier.  This advanced technique is designed to boost and lift the lash and offers a cheaper alternative to lash extensions as it lasts as long as up to 8 weeks, opposed to costly 2-4 week lash extension fills.

How Long Does It Take & How Long Will It Last?

Lash Lifting only takes about 45 minutes and is a very comfortable treatment.  Depending on the health of your natural lashes, the Lash Lift can last between 6-8 weeks, which is slightly shorter than the natural life cycle of an eyelash.  It will last shorter if you are using lash growth conditioners.

Who Is Lash Lifting For?

Great for those clients with downward pointing lashes, clients not wanting the maintenance of eyelash extensions, and for anyone who just wants to give your eyes and amazing pop and instant lift!

Will Lash Lifting Damage My Natural Lashes?

The Lash Lift solutions are water based products therefore are not damaging and non-irritating.  The solution is only applied to new growth area of the lashes and not towards the tips of the lashes.  A keratin conditioning treatment is applied immediately after the service and it is recommended to apply the Keratin treatment at home.

  • Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day prior.

  • No eye makeup the day of your appointment (i.e. mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner etc.)

  • For best results do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to your treatment.

  • Contacts should be removed prior to treatment

  • Eyelash Extensions should be removed at least 1 week prior to appointment.

  • No water, mascara, steam, oils or creams on the lashes for 24 hours post treatment.  After that you may wear makeup, mascara, go swimming, wash your face, etc!

  • We highly recommend moisturizing/conditioning your lashes regularly to keep them healthy.  Lash Lifting is a process that uses a type of "perming solution", thus alters the natural keratin bonds and can dry out the lashes.  You can purchase a Keratin Conditioning Treatment for $36 at your appointment for aftercare.
