24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY 

We respect our clients valuable time and know that you respect ours as well.  Should you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours prior to your appointment, or you risk the chance of a possible cancellation fee of 50%-100% of your scheduled service fee.  

 

You will receive an automatic email reminder from our booking system of your appointment date and time 48 hours prior to your visit to My Little Wax Bar/Felicia's Skincare Studio.  PLEASE either click on the link to confirm your appointment or email/call us to let us know if you need to make any changes (add/remove services, reschedule, or cancel).

 

We try our best to be on time for your appointment, however there are some circumstances that can push us back just a bit. We will do our best to let you know prior to your appointment if we are running behind, and we ask that you do the same for us by calling or texting us.

Here at My Little Wax Bar, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing environment for both clientele and staff alike. If we feel as though that relaxing environment is being disrupted then you will be asked to leave.
