24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY 

We respect our clients valuable time and know that you respect ours as well.  Should you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours prior to your appointment or as soon as possible, or you risk the chance of a possible late cancellation/no show fee of up to 100% of your scheduled service fee.  A late cancellation charge will be determined by management, 100% of the service fee will be charged for a NO SHOW.
 
ON-TIME POLICY
 
Please be on time for your appointment.  If you are LATE it eats into your allotted time and causes us to have to rush your service, which we don't like having to do as we strive to be as thorough as possible.  If you are more than 5 MINUTES LATE be prepared to wait until we can fit you into the next available open spot, if any (or possibly having to reschedule/cancel your appointment altogether).         
 
We try our best to be on time for your appointment, however there are some circumstances that can push us back just a bit (typically if a client before you was late for their appointment....tsk tsk tsk).   We will do our best to let you know prior to your appointment if we are running behind, and we ask that you do the same for us by calling or texting us as soon as possible.
 
APPOINTMENT REMINDER
 
You will receive an automatic reminder from us of your appointment date and time at least 48 hours prior to your visit.  PLEASE follow the directions to confirm, reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment.  You can also email/call us to let us know if you need to make any changes. 
 
Appointments CANNOT be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appt. thru our online system.  You MUST text, email or speak directly with our staff to cancel your appointment if not within our cancellation policy.

 

Pre-Payment Deposit

 

To help reduce No-Show & Late Cancellations we are now requiring a Pre-Payment Deposit of 20% - 50% of service fee (depending on length of service) when booking appointments.  Deposit is due at time of booking and balance of service is due and payable at completion of service. 

 

If appointment is cancelled within our cancellation policy, a credit of the amount charged will be applied to your account for future use or if requested a full refund of the deposit will be refunded to the card on file.  If appointment is late cancelled/no-showed the deposit is non-refundable and applied toward the late-cancel/no-show fee.



Here at My Little Wax Bar, we pride ourselves on providing a professional, comfortable and relaxing environment for both clientele and staff alike. If we feel as though our environment is being disrupted then you will be asked to leave.
